LA State Historic Park’s cooperating association, Los Angeles River State Park Partners, helps carry out California State Park’s mission by providing various forms of support to preserve the state’s extraordinary biological diversity, protect its most valued natural and cultural resources, and create opportunities for high-quality outdoor recreation.
Los Angeles River State Park Partners
Los Angeles River State Park Partners (LARSPP) is Los Angeles State Historic Park’s official cooperating association. LARSPP is non-profit community organization dedicated to supporting the three State Parks adjacent to the Los Angeles River: Los Angeles State Historic Park, Rio de Los Angeles State Park, and the Bowtie.
Their aim is to preserve, protect, and enhance the community, cultural, natural, and historic resources of the Parks by enriching the interpretation and education programs, supporting infrastructure improvements, and advocating on behalf of the Parks.
